The Ole 3 Inch Stainless Steel 10 in 1 Multi-Tool is stainless throughout with a 3 inch blade. One piece, so there is no joint to work loose, and no rust when it gets left in the bottom of a wet bucket overnight.
The ten
- Scraper and caulk scraper — paint off a surface, and old caulk out of a joint before you regun it.
- Crack opener — raking a crack back to sound edges, so the filler has something to hold onto.
- Compound spreader — the 3 inch flat, for filling small work without reaching for a knife.
- Roller cleaner — the curved cut-out strips a sleeve before it goes anywhere near the sink.
- Cutter — scoring a line, opening a bag or a tube.

Built to be leaned on
This is a proper scraper, not a thin pressed blade that folds the first time you put your weight behind it. The stainless is thick enough to lever against and take paint off in strips without the edge flexing or taking a set.
That is the whole difference between a multi-tool that stays in the bag for years and one you replace every few months.
Looking after it
Keep the flat of the blade clean. Dried compound on the face is what stops a multi-tool spreading properly, and it is why most of them end up doing nothing but scraping. Stainless takes a wire brush without pitting, so it cleans up from filler and from solvent alike.
