Same-day dispatch
Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day. Anything after that goes out the next working day.
Weekends and public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Collect free from our Ballymount counter — whatever the size or weight of your order.
Orders can often be ready within the hour, depending on stock. We'll email you as soon as it is on the counter — bring your order confirmation with you.

Ireland & Northern Ireland — 1–3 working days.
- Up to 30kg — €6.99, or free over €85
- 30–60kg — €13.99
- 60–100kg — €27.99
- Over 100kg — pallet delivery, €49.99
Great Britain — typically 2–4 working days.
- Up to 30kg — €13.95
- 30–60kg — €27.90

- Over 100kg — pallet delivery, €99.90
Free delivery applies to Ireland and Northern Ireland only, on orders up to 30kg. All prices include VAT.

You have 14 days to change your mind, and another 14 to send the goods back.
Tinted and mixed-to-order paint cannot be returned, since it is made for you. Anything faulty, damaged or incorrect is always covered.
Full returns policyWhere we deliver
Paint, primers, thinners and other liquids are delivered to Ireland, Northern Ireland and Great Britain. They are classed as hazardous goods for transport, so we cannot send them any further than that.
Tools, brushes, rollers, trays and sundries travel further — the same three destinations plus most of Europe, with rates shown at checkout.
