Osmo White Super-Pad 95x155mm
The white pad is the one that works oil into the timber, as opposed to the fleece that lays it on.

What it's for
- Rubbing care oils into the surface during initial treatment, so the oil goes into the grain rather than sitting on top of it.
- Re-applying maintenance oil to a worktop or floor that's had some use.
- Massaging in pigmented primers, where even distribution of the pigment is exactly what stops the finish looking patchy.
Why white matters
Abrasive pads are colour-coded by aggression, and white is the least abrasive grade. It cleans and lightly keys without scratching or removing material — which is precisely right on a finished or part-finished timber surface.
Reach for a more aggressive pad and you'll cut through the finish you were trying to maintain. On a stained or pigmented surface, that shows immediately and doesn't blend back in.
Fleece or pad?
They're a pair, not alternatives. The applicator fleece spreads oil on; the white pad works it in and evens it out. A typical Osmo job uses both, in that order.
Disposal — worth reading
The same warning applies as to any oil-soaked material: pads can self-heat as the oil cures. Dry them flat outdoors, or submerge them in water in a sealed tin. Never bundle them into a bin bag.
