Mirka Case 400x300x158mm Yellow
Machines that live loose in a van do not last. A 590 euro sander rattling against a tin of filler will lose its pad, its cable and eventually its bearings.
The Mirka Stackable Case is Mirka's own hard case, 400 by 300 by 158mm, in their yellow. It is the format their machines are supplied in when you buy a cased version, so a sander, its spare pads, an interface and a couple of boxes of abrasive fit in one box that closes.
What it is for
Carrying a machine and the parts it needs together. The practical value is not the case itself, it is that the pads and abrasives travel with the tool instead of ending up at the bottom of a bag, and that you can see at a glance whether anything is missing before you leave the yard.
At 400 by 300mm it takes a Deros or a Deos with room round it, and the 158mm depth is enough for the machine plus flat stock on top.
Before you buy it to stack with something else
This is Mirka's case and the dimensions above are what we can tell you. If you are buying it to interlock with cases from another maker, measure first or ask us, because case systems that look alike are often not compatible and we would rather you knew before it arrived.
