Barrettine Shellac Sanding Sealer 250ml

To seal the open pores of decorative wood items prior to finishing with French Polishes or Waxes. Wood should be bare or stripped of any existing finish. Normally applied by brush although sometimes by a ‘Pad’ to the wood. Allow drying for 1-2 hours before sanding with a very fine paper or wire wool, repeat the process if required. Contains an additive to facilitate sanding when dry. Wood may be dyed prior to application of this product. For internal use.
