The base unit plus a separate 27 mm hose is the cheaper route if you already own the hose, but it does not get you the sleeve, and the sleeve is what stops the cable being the thing you trip on.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003ch3\u003eWorking with it\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eAutomatic filter cleaning keeps the pull constant through a day’s sanding without stopping to knock the filter out, and the myMirka app warns you before airflow drops far enough to matter. The filter is 0.5 m²; a HEPA filter can be fitted for the finest dusts. Use the DEXOS 1230 fleece dust bags, Mirka code MIX1216171. They are a separate part from the ones the earlier 1230 takes, and the two do not interchange.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003ch3\u003eWhat it is not\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eNot an H-class machine. Asbestos or lead paint at H-class levels needs an H-rated extractor. It comes with a European plug and we supply an adapter with it, so it goes straight into an Irish socket. Mirka give two years from the date of purchase, and a third year free if the tool is registered within 30 days at my.mirka.com or in the myMirka app. Mirka require the owner to register it, so that part is not something we can do for you.
