That is a little more than one basecoat kit covers, so one of each is the normal pairing for up to 50 m².\u003c\/p\u003e\n\n\u003ch3\u003eWorking with it\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cul\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003cstrong\u003eTiming:\u003c\/strong\u003e onto the basecoat within 8 hours of its last coat without sanding, or after 12 hours with a 220–240 grit sand. Miss both windows and the basecoat needs sanding and roughly 100 g\/m² more product.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003e\n\u003cstrong\u003eMix\u003c\/strong\u003e 1:1 with the hardener supplied. Work at 10°C or above, humidity below 60%.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003cli\u003eKeep to the stated rate — over-application clouds the film.\u003c\/li\u003e\n\u003c\/ul\u003e\n\n\u003ch3\u003eWhat it is not\u003c\/h3\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eIt is not a fire-retardant coating on its own — that is the basecoat’s job. It is not for exterior use as supplied. It gives no UV or biological protection.
