'Customer' includes Purchaser, Registrants, and End-users when relevant hereof.
2 - Agreement
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the Customer) and us (Paintlab.ie). If you do not agree with these Terms in their entirety, then you may not access nor use any of the Services provided by us via the website owned by us. By signing up for an account with us or accessing/using our Services in any way, you at this moment represent that you are eighteen years of age at least or have approved legal guardianship within your jurisdiction and, therefore, capable of entering into a legal contract under relevant laws as applicable within your jurisdiction.
3 - Registration & Account Security
For Customers to sign up for an account with us, they must provide accurate contact information such as full name, valid email address, etc. We reserve the right at any time without prior notice to suspend any account if we have reason to believe that there has been unauthorized usage thereof, whether due to abuse/misuse of service, policy violation, etc... In such cases, we will also report such incidents where required/authorized by law enforcement authorities as applicable within the jurisdiction concerned. All Customers are responsible for maintaining their accounts secure, purchases including but not limited to password protection, etc. If Customers suspect their accounts have been compromised, they must contact us immediately so that further measures can be taken if needed on an urgent basis.
4 - Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed on this website include valid Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable according to EU laws; unless otherwise explicitly stated elsewhere on this website. Payments must be made through credit card, PayPal®, or Apple Pay® facilities offered directly via this website. We have multiple options to pay for your desired products. Right now, we accept payments in multiple currencies; however, customers from outside European Union (EU) region may pay in their currency by changing the website into their local currency by clicking on the top right "Ship to" Option and selecting their country. We would also like to inform customers upfront that once payment is made, and it cannot be reversed under no circumstances whatsoever, thus making sure customers make fully informed decisions before making the actual payment.
5 - Refund Policy & Cancellation Process
Our refund policy allows eligible customers who request a refund within 14 days of purchasing a product/service from the paintlab.ie, however, please note that refunds would only be processed in specific criterias.
At Paintlab, we are dedicated to providing excellent customer service and ensuring that our customers are satisfied with the products they purchase. We understand that sometimes a product may not meet a customer's expectations, and therefore offer refunds in such cases.
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

6 - Availability & Support
The Service is available twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week, excluding planned maintenance times announced separately. We strive hard to enable the best possible uptime; however, due to sudden unplanned events beyond our control, service may get interrupted without prior notice, causing a temporary outage. Moreover, all support requests submitted either via the email support system integrated into this website(s), live chat, etc.. will be responded to promptly; we make sure all requests are dealt with with utmost priority & care; however, if the sudden due influx of traffic response times may get slightly delayed .
