At paintlab, we understand that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order as soon as possible.
We Ship to the Republic of Ireland, Northern Ireland and the UK We offer FREE SHIPPING for orders over €75/£75. Usually, We use AnPost as courier services.
**VARIES DEPENDING ON SHIPPING ADDRESS, QUANTITY, AND WEIGHT OF PACKAGE**
- All goods ordered before 12pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched on the same day.
- Goods ordered after 12pm will be dispatched the next working day.
IMPORTANT: Please note that sanding & spraying equipment has a lead time of 4-8 working days.

Ireland: €5.99 or FREE SHIPPING for orders of €75.00 and over. AnPost Couriers (1-3 business days)
Northern Ireland: £7.99 or FREE SHIPPING for orders of £75.00 and over. AnPost Couriers (2-4 working days)
UK: £9.99 or FREE SHIPPING for orders of £75.00 and over. AnPost Couriers (3-8 working days)
About Shipping Time:
You can see each product's estimated shipping timing during the checkout process. When we receive your order, we will dispatch your order on the same day before 2 pm (Monday to Friday) (excluding holidays). All orders we receive on Saturday and Sunday will ship on Monday.
Goods ordered after 2 pm will be dispatched the next working day. Certain products like sanding & spraying may require additional processing days before shipping, such as customized products or items on backorder.
Paintlab.ie cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by destination customs clearance processes or circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, postal strikes, wait by the courier, any pandemic issues, etc.
Click & Collect:
We now have a click & collect option at the checkout.
You can order online and pick up your purchase from PAINT LAB Unit D1, Ballymount Dr, Ballymount Industrial Estate, Dublin, D12 CY99
IMPORTANT: Please allow 2-4 hours, we will notify you once the order is ready for collection.
Tracking Information:
After receiving your order, Tracking will be emailed to the customer's email provided during checkout. We have the "Track your order" page on the website homepage navigation, and You can track the order status and check the expected date of parcel delivery from this page.
If you don't receive your product for some reason, you may be eligible for a replacement product, or you can apply for a refund if you notify us within 30 days of the order.
