Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with the purchase from, please send us an email at with the subject line "Refund Order # Number."


How Refund Process Works:

  • The customer has proof of purchase, such as a receipt or invoice.
  • The Customer needs to contact us via email to apply for a refund.
  • The Customer needs to take a picture of an item and attach it to an email to verify.
  • Please email us at with the subject line "Refund Order # Number."
  • The product should be in its original condition to get approval for a refund.
  • Once the refund is approved, returns will need to be sent to the following address: PAINT LAB Unit D1, Ballymount Dr, Ballymount Industrial Estate, Dublin, D12 CY99
  • Please make a note; this process can take 15 to 25 days.
  • Once we receive your package, we will issue a full refund to the original method of payment used by the Customer.


We will provide a full refund (Including Shipping) under the following circumstances:

  • Exchange of an item (within 7 days & Shipping Charges not included) 
  • Faulty or broken item
  • Damage Product arrived
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product never delivered
  • Cancellation after order (Before the item has been dispatched)


We will not provide a refund for the following:

  • Customer Mind Change


Please Note: Certain items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as tinted paints, primers, or special orders). 

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The product must be in new condition, undamaged, and in its original packaging for a full refund; for opened or damaged products we do not offer refunds.

Please note that we can reject returns that show symptoms of unreasonable wear, misuse, or damage. For more details, don't hesitate to contact us at

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. reserves the right to make any amendments to this policy at any time.
